Throughout my life, I struggled to take care of myself by letting my emotions get in the way of my journey.  I use to rely on others to help me grow, but I expected too much out from them.

No, that was not the right answer because you can’t rely on others if you can’t rely on yourself. Think about what you can do to give time to yourself.

By putting mental health as a priority it affects how we think, feel, and act.  Depending on how much you drink water, plan your diet, and exercise routine your physical health does connect to your brain.

I advise you to make a routine to improve on your success and what can make you stay on your feet.  Don’t hesitate to make a change for yourself because a fresh start can help make a better version of you.

These are some helpful activities to putting your mental health as your priority.

You don’t have to struggle in silence. You can be un-silent. You can live well with a mental condition, as long as you open up to somebody about it.
