Have you lost count of the lack of confidence you have with yourself?  I have found 16 tips on how you can boost your confidence.

I have many experiences throughout my lifetime when I lose my self-esteem because I’m always scared of what comes next in my journey.  After learning new experiences, I was inspired to do things that can make a huge impact on my lifestyle. 

If you’re experiencing a lack of confidence for yourself, take time for yourself to control your situations to bring your sparkle back.  Confidence is a mindset that comes to self care however we can’t always do it alone. 

Most of the time I have a hard time reaching out to people when I am feeling negative emotions. However it’s good for you to spend time alone. Thus we can add more sparkle to find our way to getting to know ourselves better and develop healthy relationships.

Also you are learning to believe and accept yourself no matter how far you come along your journey.  The more you build your confidence,  the better you can get out of your comfort zone and open the door to creating healthy relationships. And good self-esteem will help you move forward from the negative events you experienced.  

When you get your sparkle back, you will feel unstoppable and more proud of yourself.  And having the feeling of positivity will make your flow throughout your journey more enjoyable.

Keep You Goals In Mind  

Making small goals such as spreading the act of kindness is a positive way to develop yourself.  On a daily basis I write a to-do list to follow up with my goals along with it.  My daily to-do list keeps me up to date with how I like to organize my lifestyle because it reminds me that I will not get ahead if I am living in a cluttered environment.

Be Aware of Your Body Language 

Body language gets you more aware of your actions and improves relationships.  Take a good look at yourself in the mirror and practice with your posture and gestures. It is a good way to communicate non-verbally because it will make others make better judgments of you.

Positive Time Management 

Getting your tasks completed on time will make every situation less stressful and saves time throughout your journey.  Keep track of time and try not to multitask because you will be unable to get your tasks done on time.

Say No to Negativity  

Saying “no” the things that are hindering your success will get you to reach your light at the end of the tunnel. 

If you were asked to do anything, ask yourself these questions before you make your decision:

  • Why should I do this?
  • Will this help my impact?
  • Is it worth it?
  • Will I achieve my goal?
  • Will I maintain happiness?

If none of them apply to those questions, then this is where you stand your guard. You may feel bad  at first but it will be a relief because you are making the right decisions for your well being.  

New Challenges Are An Acceptance 

New challenges are a positive way to grow your mindset because it affects your actions and decisions.  This can develop your confidence by experimenting with new hobbies that keep you productive.  New challenges will develop life change because you are learning new things to help you become successful with a new activity.

Focus on Learning and Improving 

Following up with the last paragraph, focusing on learning and improving yourself benefits your  wellbeing and happiness.  As I said before, this helps your mindset grow and develop healthy habits.  Learning new things is inspiring to help you come up with what your next adventure is for your journey.

Get to Know Your Weaknesses 

Understanding your weaknesses will help you overcome them and turn them to your biggest strengths.  Get to know who or what you work well with,  celebrate the smallest achievements, and know what you do your best at.  I will take time to build your strength back up again so don’t rush right into it and have what you want to achieve in.

Let’s be honest with ourselves.  

How do you feel when you have to compare your life to others?  

If you’re feeling some kind of negative emotion about how others live their lives,  it’s time to put yourself first.  Think about the good things that you can do to reconnect with your true self and take advantage of it.  The more you learn the best things about yourself, the better you have a relationship with yourself.

Accept the Things That Don’t Go With Your Flow 

High expectations is the one way that will bring any confidence to the lower level and will bring stress to this situation you’re in.  When you’re coming up with a plan don’t expect everything to go your way.  Try to ask others for their opinion or have a back up plan if things don’t go the way you want them to be.  Once that’s settled try not to take everything seriously and add some fun to your plan.            

                                                           

Write Down a Short to-do List and Make it Your Commitment  

Before I go to bed or when I wake up in the morning, I’ll write down my list of things to do and follow up with the plans I’ve made.

Sometimes you’re not going to have time to do everything because of your work schedule, you have a  family event to go to, or you’re  hanging out with a friend. Beforehand or after you participate in these activities follow up with your to-do list to keep your confidence up.

While your getting you’re to-do list together write down:

  • Goals for the day
  • Important plans
  • Add some fun to it
  • How you can organize your space
  • Productive activities that will help your confidence

Keep YBP to Yourself  

Your biggest picture is for you and only for you to achieve.  The more you think about YBP (Your Big Picture),  you will bring motivation for what you’re going towards.  If you don’t know where to start, I recommend you make a five year plan or a vision board.  These will help you achieve your goals as long as you take one day at a time and have fun with it.

List Your Positive Qualities   

Not only do your positive qualities boost your confidence, they will help you get opportunities that will make your journey a success.  If you feel like you have low self esteem, grab a piece of paper or a journal and write down the best things about you in one page.  You will being to feel more happy about yourself by getting to know what you do best in a positive manner.

Reflect on Your Past Accomplishments 

Your past accomplishments are a reminder of how far you came along with your journey.  Remind yourself what you did to accomplish this goal and use that victory to advance your journey to the next level.  This will help you make your lifestyle a success because you are not only doing something you learned, you are learning a new thing of how you can accomplish your goals.

Remove Things That’s Burdening You 

Removing the things that have been coming between you and your confidence creates space for you mental health and emotions.  Start decluttering your list by focusing on the importance of how to make a healthy lifestyle.  This will destress and help you make time to focus on yourself.

Get to Know What Your Good At 

Knowing the skills you’re good at gives you the feeling of talent and support.  You can try doing new activities and hobbies that interest you to experience the things that you might be good at.  

Develop Healthy Routines

Making a healthy routine is a good development  for your environment, work space, and creates healthier relationships.  Try and make your routines a habit when you wake up in the morning or come home from a long day so you can stay motivated doing your tasks and have some free time.
