I grew up on the austism spectrum in a rich town with a single mother who barely makes enough to pay rent. Back in my school days I woke up feeling unstoppable before leaving the house. Until I got to school those positive feelings went away because my classmate discouraged me by judging my lifestyle. I had a hard time putting myself first because all I want to do is fit in and make everyone happy. However my mother me “You can’t love others if you can’t love yourself.”

Living a healthier lifestyle gives you self development while you’re keeping up with your tasks and routines. The better relationship you have with yourself you will create a positive environment and change lives.  

No matter where you come from, I encourage you to make a list of goals because creating a better and healthy home and work environment.

Prepping your meal is the best way to keep track of your eating routine.  This saves time and money to keep you in a healthy shape.

  • Park a further distance from stores/locations
  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator
  • Walk from home to a place that’s a short commute

Spend 1 hour a day to reduce time from technology give you spare time to catch up on activities and get more organized with your space. Thus you are taking time from technology, you are proving to learn or better new skills for your hobbies to understand your talent.

Productive Routines 

Cycling your routines will help you keep your days productive to prepare yourself for a new starts of your day. This is a reset to find your sparkle as a result to getting you to a growth mindset and gives you the authority to get you and others inspired.
